Catholic Foundation Grants

Grant applications may be submitted by Diocesan offices, parishes, Catholic schools, Catholic Community Services, and other organizations under the Diocese of Tucson* that are in good standing with the Catholic Foundation.

Grant applications must be for programs, projects, or services that are one-time purchases or activities within the geographical boundaries of the Diocese of Tucson. Administrative expenses, ongoing activities, and salaries will not be considered.

Funds may not be used for: Vehicles, debt reduction, direct payment to individuals, events, or to establish a foundation.

St Joseph Healthcare Endowment Grants

For Nursing Student Scholarships, Burn Education/Burn Assistance, or General Catholic Healthcare. This fund is intended to continue the great work of the Sisters of St. Joseph of Carondelet when they established the first Catholic hospital in the state of Arizona. The fund is an endowment; the interest of which can be used to provide support for organizations that are doing Catholic healthcare in some form or another. Grant requests must comply with Catholic healthcare directives.

Application window opens September 1 and closes December 31, 2023.
